June 7th...Blaine to Montague Harbour

We departed our Blaine slip on June 7th with our sailing friends Tad and Tina................................................... (they aboard S/V Imagine) and anchored at Echo Bay, Sucia Island for the night. Next day, off to Roche Harbour for fuel and a quick tour of the area (first time there for Imagine). Another early departure on Saturday for Montague Harbour, on Galiano Island in the Canadian Gulf Islands. Our Nexus Pass allows us to check through customs by phone as we crossed Boundary Passage into Canada (great improvement!!). Crab pot down upon arrival …several nice dungeness retrieved and consumed!
